1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GameGalaxi ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the GameGalaxi website, apps, and services (the "Platform"). By registering an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Rules for Buyers, and, if applicable, our Rules for Sellers.

2 What GameGalaxi Is

GameGalaxi is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of gaming accounts, in-game currency, and in-game items. Listings are created and fulfilled by independent, third-party sellers. GameGalaxi is not the owner or publisher of any game, account, currency, or item listed on the Platform, and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or continued availability of any listing beyond the protections described in these Terms.

GameGalaxi acts as a trusted third party for payments: buyer funds are held securely until delivery is confirmed, and disputes are reviewed by our team before funds are released.

3 Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use GameGalaxi.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• GameGalaxi may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

4 Seller Verification (KYC)

All sellers must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before listing items for sale or withdrawing funds. This is required to protect buyers, reduce fraud, and comply with applicable law. Details on what's collected and how it's used are set out in our Privacy Policy and Rules for Sellers.

5 Escrow & Buyer Protection

When a buyer pays for an order, GameGalaxi holds the funds in escrow rather than releasing them to the seller immediately. Funds are released to the seller once the buyer confirms delivery, or once the order's confirmation window closes without an open dispute. This mechanism, together with our dispute process (Section 8), is how GameGalaxi secures transactions for buyers while ensuring sellers get paid for completed sales.

6 Fees

GameGalaxi charges a marketplace fee on every completed transaction, in addition to the standard fee charged by our payment processors. Processor fees are set by third-party payment providers and vary by payment method, currency, and region.

All applicable fees are displayed before you confirm a purchase or withdrawal.

7 Payment Methods

All payment methods available on GameGalaxi are processed through secure, industry-standard payment providers. You agree to only pay for orders through the official GameGalaxi checkout; payments made directly to a seller outside the Platform are not covered by escrow or buyer protection, and GameGalaxi is not responsible for losses arising from off-platform payments.

8 Disputes

If a buyer and seller disagree about an order — non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or a listing that was misrepresented — either party may open a dispute before the order's confirmation window closes. GameGalaxi reviews the evidence provided by both sides and makes a binding decision regarding refund, partial refund, redelivery, or release of funds. This process is intended to resolve most issues without the need for a payment-network chargeback; see our Rules for Buyers for details on chargebacks.

9 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• List or purchase accounts, currency, or items obtained through hacking, phishing, stolen payment methods, or other illegal means.
• Circumvent escrow by paying, or asking to be paid, outside the Platform.
• Submit false identity documents or impersonate another person during KYC.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or disputes through fraudulent claims or fake accounts.
• Use the Platform to violate the terms of service of any third-party game or platform, or to launder funds.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform, including scraping, hacking, or introducing malicious code.

10 Intellectual Property

The GameGalaxi name, logo, and platform design are the property of GameGalaxi and may not be used without permission. Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on listings belong to their respective owners; GameGalaxi is not affiliated with or endorsed by those game publishers unless explicitly stated.

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." While GameGalaxi facilitates escrow and dispute resolution to protect transactions, we do not guarantee that any listing is free of defects, that a game publisher won't take action against a traded account, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameGalaxi's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to GameGalaxi in connection with the transaction giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

GameGalaxi may suspend or terminate your account, and cancel or hold related orders, if you violate these Terms, our Rules for Buyers or Sellers, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time, subject to completion of any pending orders, disputes, or payout obligations.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes not resolved through our internal dispute process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Governing Jurisdiction].

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
